| 单肺通气作为患儿胸外科手术中的重要麻醉操作，给临床医师带来日益严峻的挑战。支气管封堵器在患儿单肺通气中的应用近年来逐渐受到关注，特别是在患儿胸腔手术中，其重要性日益凸显。随着Coopdech支气管封堵器等新型封堵器的出现，以及三维CT与床边超声等技术的联合应用，支气管封堵器的新装置和新技术也得到了更新与拓展。本文对患儿单肺通气中支气管封堵器的应用进展进行综述，以期为临床应用提供参考。 |

| One-lung ventilation (OLV) in pediatric patients, as a crucial anesthetic technique in pediatric thoracic surgeries, poses increasing challenges to clinicians. The application of bronchial blockers for OLV in children has gradually drawn attention in recent years, especially in pediatric thoracic surgeries, where its significance is becoming increasingly prominent. The emergence of novel devices, such as the Coopdech bronchial blocker, and advancements in three-dimensional CT imaging and bedside ultrasound, has driven the evolution and expansion of bronchial blocker technologies. This review aims to offer a comprehensive and practical update on the application of bronchial blockers in pediatric OLV, providing valuable insights to support clinical implementation and development. |
