| 经鼻气管插管是口腔颌面外科临床麻醉气道管理中的常用方案。与经口气管插管不同，从鼻孔至声门不仅距离延长，且所经解剖路径复杂多样，相关并发症也较多。熟悉鼻腔至咽腔的解剖结构，选择合适的气管导管和适宜的插管方案，不仅有利于提高插管成功率，也可避免相关可能风险的发生。本文从气管导管的选择、插管技术方案以及经鼻气管插管的并发症与防治等相关文献进行综述，不仅为临床工作中口腔颌面外科全麻下非困难气道经鼻气管插管操作提供参考，亦促进可视化技术和透光技术等复合插管技术在经鼻插管中的应用，从而进一步保障患者安全，降低不良事件发生，激发新型气管导管的深入开发。 |

| Nasotracheal intubation is a common method of airway management for oral and maxillofacial surgery. Different from oro-tracheal intubation, nasotracheal intubation is performed through a longer pathway with complex anatomy and may cause more related complications. Familiar with the anatomical structure of the nasal cavity to the pharyngeal is not only beneficial to avoid the occurrence of related risks, but also provides a theoretical basis for this operation. By reviewing the literature in recent years, this review summarized the selection of endotracheal tubes, intubation techniques, and complications prevention, aiming to provide relevant references for nasotracheal intubation in general anesthesia for oral and maxillofacial surgery, and promotes the application of composite intubation techniques such as visualization technology and translucency technology in nasotracheal intubation, thereby further ensuring patient safety, reducing adverse events, and stimulating the in-depth development of new endotracheal tubes. |
