      应激状态下,中枢神经与外周免疫系统的交互作用在神经精神疾病的发生发展中起着重要作用。应激引发的免疫系统异常导致神经炎症与中枢免疫紊乱,促进焦虑症、抑郁症和创伤后应激障碍等神经精神疾病的发生。手术创伤、麻醉药、心理压力等因素共同作用,导致患者经历强烈的生理、心理及免疫应激反应,引发神经认知功能障碍与精神症状。本文综述了应激与中枢神经免疫系统交互作用的最新研究进展,重点探讨围术期应激对神经免疫环路的影响及其在神经精神疾病与围术期患者管理中的潜在应用,旨在为神经精神疾病病理机制及围术期患者管理提供新思路。
英文摘要:
      Under stress conditions, interactions between the central nervous system and the peripheral immune system are pivotal in the pathogenesis of neuropsychiatric disorders. Stress-induced immune abnormalities lead to neuroinflammation and central immune dysregulation, contributing to the development of anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Surgical trauma, anesthetic agents, and psychological stress collectively elicit intense physiological, psychological, and immune responses, resulting in neurocognitive dysfunction and psychiatric symptoms. This review summarizes recent advancements in understanding the interplay between stress and central nervous system immunity, focusing on the impact of perioperative stress on neuroimmune circuits and its potential implications for managing neuropsychiatric disorders and perioperative patient care. These insights aim to offer novel perspectives on the pathophysiological mechanisms underlying neuropsychiatric disorders and enhance strategies for perioperative patient management.
