目的：探论在成果导向教育（OBE）理念指导下，实践教学与思政教育融合模式在麻醉学人才培养中的应用及教学效果。
方法：在某高校2021级麻醉学专业中，整群选择三年级本科生322例作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将学生分为两组：对照组和观察组，每组161例。对照组实施常规授课，观察组实施基于OBE理念的麻醉课程思政教育和实践，包括建立思政教学目标、撰写《临床麻醉学》课程思政教学案例库、思政教育课程设计及实践、建立全面考核体系以评估教学成果；比较两组学生形成性评价成绩、终结性评价成绩及综合性成绩以及麻醉实践能力和思政教育对学生的帮助。
结果：与对照组比较，观察组学生形成性评价成绩、终结性评价成绩及综合性成绩得分均明显升高，教学后病史采集、麻醉判断、沟通能力及人文关怀得分均明显升高，在职业认同、科学思维、提高自主学习能力及引领价值观方面的帮助明显升高（P<0.05）。
结论：在《临床麻醉学》教学实践中，基于OBE理念的课程实践与思政教育融合教学，可提高学生麻醉实践能力，且教学效果良好。 |

Objective: To explore the application and effect of the integration of practical teaching based on outcome-based education (OBE) concept and ideological and political education.
Methods: A total of 322 third-grade undergraduates majoring in anesthesiology and admitted to the university in 2021 were selected as the research subjects by cluster sampling. Using random number table method, the students were divided into the control group and the observation group, 161 students in each group. The control group experienced routine teaching, while the observation group experienced ideological and political education and practice in anesthesia courses based on the OBE concept which included ideological and political teaching objective setting, case base establishment for ideological and political teaching of Clinical Anesthesiology, design and practice of ideological and political education curriculum, and establishment of a comprehensive assessment system to evaluate teaching results. The formative assessment, summative assessment and comprehensive assessment scores of the two groups of students were compared. The impact of anesthesia practice and ideological and political education on students was analyzed.
Results: Compared with the control group the formative assessment, summative assessment and comprehensive assessment scores of the observation group were significantly higher (P < 0.05), the observation group got significantly higher scores in medical history collection, judgment of anesthesia, communication ability, and humanistic care (P < 0.05), the observation group obtained more help in terms of professional identity, scientific thinking, self-learning ability, and value guidance (P < 0.05).
Conclusion: In the course Clinical Anesthesiology, the integration of practice and ideological and political education based on the OBE concept can improve students' practice ability, and achieve good teaching effect. |
