目的:调查全国范围内各医院麻醉设备外表面及麻醉机内回路清洁消毒的现状,为建立相关设备清洁消毒规范提供数据支持。 方法:采用横断面调查方法,通过电子调查问卷平台向全国范围各医院发放问卷,涵盖三级甲等、三级乙等、二级甲等和二级乙等各级别医院。 结果:回收有效问卷295份,调查结果显示,我国麻醉设备规范消毒率为30.5%。其中麻醉设备外表面规范消毒率分别为83.4%(非特殊感染患者)和72.9%(特殊感染患者)。暴露于特殊感染患者后,麻醉机内回路的规范消毒率为49.5%,其中三甲医院明显高于非三甲医院(56.0% vs. 43.5%,P=0.03)。麻醉机内回路拆卸后将配件送至消毒供应中心进行消毒的消毒率为3.7%,其中三甲医院明显高于非三甲医院(7.1% vs. 0.6%,P<0.01)。 结论:我国目前麻醉设备规范消毒率较低。各医疗机构麻醉科对麻醉设备外表面的消毒做法较好,但内回路的清洁消毒现状与现行指南规范相比仍有较大差距,其中非三甲医院在此方面问题更为严重。 |

Objective: To investigate the current status of cleaning and disinfection of the external surfaces of anesthesia equipment and internal circuits of anesthesia machines in Chinese hospitals, and to provide data support for the establishment of relevant cleaning and disinfection standards. Methods: This cross-sectional study distributed questionnaires nationwide to hospitals of various levels through an electronic survey platform. Results: A total of 295 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed. The overall standard disinfection rate was 30.5%. For external surfaces of anesthesia equipment, the standard disinfection rates were 83.4% for patients without special infections and 72.9% for patients with special infections. The standard disinfection rate for internal circuits of anesthesia machines using after patients with specical infections was 49.5%, which was significantly higher in tertiary-A hospitals compared with non-tertiary-A hospitals (56.0% vs. 43.5%, P = 0.03). The disassembly and disinfection rate for internal circuits delivered to central sterile supply dapartmeat was 3.7%, also significantly higher in tertiary-A hospitals compared with non-tertiary-A hospitals (7.1% vs. 0.6%, P < 0.01). Conclusion: The standardized disinfection rate of anesthesia equipment in Chinese hospitals is currently relatively low. While the cleaning and disinfection status of external surfaces is generally acceptable, there is a significant gap between the current status of internal circuit disinfection and existing guidelines, particularly in non-tertiary-A hospitals. |
