| In the past decade, jet ventilation technology has made significant progress in the field of airway management by relying on high-frequency-normal-frequency complex control and miniaturized device innovation. This article systematically describes its clinical transformation path from three dimensions of intelligent control, multi-scenario application, and safety prevention and control: technological innovation, through the upgrading of the monitoring system and the integration of multimodal ventilation to promote the development of equipment in the direction of miniaturization and multi-scenario adaptation, clinical application highlights its role in multidisciplinary collaborative airway interventions, thoracic organ protective ventilation, and precise airway management of vulnerable groups in the perioperative period. The application highlights the unique advantages of multidisciplinary airway interventions. At the same time, it is noted that there are challenges such as standardization of surgical training, prevention and control of carbon dioxide accumulation. The future development direction focuses on the development of intelligent control systems and multidisciplinary cross-innovation, emphasizing the potential of this technology to improve perioperative safety and expand indications. |
