      随着脑科学研究的深入,神经调控技术正在重塑神经疾病的治疗模式,成为该领域重要的研究热点。经皮耳迷走神经刺激(taVNS)作为神经调控的技术手段,因其无创、安全、简单被广泛应用于临床疾病的治疗和研究,尤其在癫痫、抑郁症、帕金森病等脑部疾病的治疗方面取得初步成果。基于上述背景,本文综述了taVNS在癫痫、抑郁症等脑部疾病中的临床应用,分析其对功能脑网络连接的潜在影响和机制,并展望taVNS在未来多模态融合技术中的应用方向。

      With the advancements in brain science research, neuromodulation technologies are reshaping treatment paradigms for neurological disorders and have emerged as a significant research hotspot in this field. As a neuromodulation technique, transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation (taVNS) has been widely applied in clinical treatment and research due to its non-invasiveness, safety, and ease of administration. It has shown initial achievements in managing neurological conditions such as epilepsy, depression, and Parkinson's disease. Against this backdrop, this paper reviews the clinical applications of taVNS in neurological disorders including epilepsy and depression, analyzes its potential mechanisms and effects on functional brain network connectivity, and explores future directions for taVNS in multi-modal integration technologies.
