      随着全球人口老龄化的加剧，老年患者在围术期的生活质量已成为临床医疗和科研领域的关注焦点。本文旨在总结老年患者围术期健康相关生活质量评估的研究进展，以便更全面地评估老年患者在围术期的整体健康状况，从而制定精确、个性化的围术期管理策略，为改善手术效果、减少并发症以及提升患者远期预后提供参考依据。
英文摘要:
      With the intensification of global population aging, the quality of life for elderly patients during the perioperative period has emerged as a significant issue in both clinical healthcare and scientific research. This article aims to systematically review the research progress on health-related quality of life evaluations, with the goal of providing a more comprehensive assessment of the overall health status of elderly surgical patients during the perioperative period. Such evaluations are critical for developing precise and individualized perioperative management strategies, which can improve surgical outcomes, reduce complications, and enhance long-term prognoses.
