| 星状神经节阻滞(SGB)作为一种有效的神经调控技术,近年来在失眠治疗中展现出显著临床价值。其作用机制可能通过抑制交感神经活性、调节脑内炎性因子水平及恢复神经代谢平衡,从而改善睡眠-觉醒周期紊乱。此外,SGB联合正念冥想、右美托咪定等创新疗法可进一步协同降低交感张力并调节下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺(HPA)轴功能,提升睡眠质量与长期疗效。然而,SGB在分子层面的抗炎与神经递质交互机制尚未完全阐明,联合治疗的远期效果仍需深入探索。本文综述了SGB通过抗炎、代谢调节、免疫平衡等多种机制改善失眠,为其临床应用提供参考。 |

| Stellate ganglion block (SGB), as an efficacious neuroregulation technology, has manifested remarkable clinical value in treatment of insomnia in recent years. Its functional mechanism might lie in suppressing sympathetic nerve activity, regulating the levels of inflammatory factors within the brain, and restoring the balance of neural metabolism, thereby ameliorating sleep-wake cycle disorders. Furthermore, the combination of SGB with innovative therapeutic approaches like mindfulness meditation and dexmedetomidine can further collaboratively reduce sympathetic tension and modulate the function of the hypothalamic pituitary adrenal (HPA) axis, enhancing sleep quality and long-term therapeutic efficacy. Nevertheless, the anti-inflammatory and neurotransmitter interaction mechanisms of SGB at the molecular level have not been fully elucidated, and the long-term effects of combined therapy still require in-depth exploration. This article systematically combs the multi-mechanism actions of SGB (anti-inflammation, metabolic regulation, immune balance) and proposes an integrated treatment plan, providing a theoretical basis for expanding its clinical application. |
