目的:采用文献计量学的方法分析Web of Science数据库近10年内发表的前锯肌平面阻滞(SAPB)相关文献,探讨该领域的研究概况、前沿热点及发展方向。 方法:检索Web of Science数据库发表的SAPB相关文献,检索时间为2014年1月至2024年5月。采用R软件和文献计量学在线分析平台进行文献计量学及可视化分析。 结果:共纳入534篇文献,年度发表趋势显示,SAPB研究发文量稳步增长,2023年发文量最多为78篇。发文量最多的国家依次是中国和美国,分别发表了158篇(29.6%)和93篇(17.4%)。Journal of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Anesthesia期刊的总被引频次最高,共508次。关键词分析显示,“镇痛”“疼痛”及“管理”等是受到关注的前沿热点,“基因表达”和“蛋白质”等分子机制的研究可能是未来的研究方向。 结论:SAPB的研究数量显著增长,国内、国际合作较多,研究热点主要集中在SAPB在疼痛管理中的临床应用,且有关其潜在生物学机制的探讨越来越多。 |

Objective: To conduct a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of serratus anterior plane block (SAPB) research over the past decade based on Web of Science database, exploring the research landscape, frontier hotspots, and development directions in this field. Methods: A bibliometric analysis was performed on SAPB-related publications from January 2014 to May 2024, sourced from the Web of Science database. R software and an online bibliometric analysis platform were employed for bibliometric and visualization analyses. Results: The annual publication trends indicate a steady increase in SAPB research output, peaking at 78 articles in 2023. China and the United States were the primary contributors, with 158 (29.6%) and 93 (17.4%) publications, respectively. The Journal of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Anesthesia was identified as the most influential journal, with 508 citations. Keyword analysis highlighted strong attention to frontier topics such as “analgesia” “pain” and “management”, with research into molecular mechanisms like “gene expression” and “protein” potentially representing future research directions. Conclusion: SAPB research demonstrates a significant increase in publication volume and international collaboration, with substantial contributions from China and the United States. The focus is primarily on the clinical application of SAPB in pain management, with an increasing exploration of its potential biological mechanisms. |
